Dynamics consists of two main lines:

  • Dynamics AX/NAV: These are earlier, traditional versions that have since evolved into Dynamics 365 but are still in use by companies that have not yet migrated to the cloud.

CRM Applications (Customer Relationship Management):

  • Dynamics 365 Sales: Sales management, customer relationship tracking, sales forecasting, sales process automation, and performance analysis.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service: Case and customer service request management, with tools to deliver personalized and efficient support.
  • Dynamics 365 Marketing: Marketing automation, campaign management, data analysis for marketing, and creating personalized customer experiences.
  • Dynamics 365 Field Service: Field service management, including on-site maintenance and repairs. Optimizes logistics and resource allocation.

ERP Applications (Enterprise Resource Planning):

  • Dynamics 365 Finance: Advanced financial management, covering accounting, budgeting, forecasting, period close processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Dynamics 365 Commerce: Retail management platform that integrates physical and digital sales into a single solution.
