Dynamics consists of two main lines:
Dynamics 365: Themodern, cloud-basedversionof Microsoft Dynamics, integrating ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning) and CRM (CustomerRelationshipManagement) into a single ecosystem.
Dynamics AX/NAV: These are earlier, traditionalversionsthathavesinceevolvedinto Dynamics 365 but are still in use bycompaniesthathavenotyetmigratedtothecloud.
Dynamics 365 Sales: Sales management, customer relationship tracking, sales forecasting, sales process automation, and performance analysis.
Dynamics 365 Customer Service: Case and customer service request management, with tools to deliver personalized and efficient support.
Dynamics 365 Marketing: Marketing automation, campaign management, data analysis for marketing, and creating personalized customer experiences.
Dynamics 365 Field Service: Field service management, including on-site maintenance and repairs. Optimizes logistics and resource allocation.
